Casey Serin - Real Estate Blogger

For those of you in the Real Estate game or even if you are looking to get into it over the coming years as your businesses grow I’ve found yet another interesting Blog. A lot of blogs out there just aren’t interesting enough to dedicate a lot of time to reading because either the postings don’t speak to you as a reader, or the guy or gal running it has not posted in 6 months or its too busy with junk advertising.

Now with that being said this Blog called, iamfacingforeclosure.com, is anything but that. It was started by a guy by the name of Casey Serin out of California. Don’t know who he is? Well neither did I until I was roaming through MindPetals earlier today looking for something interesting to read and low and behold an article about this guy popped up.

Casey Serin is a very interesting 24 year-old entrepreneur who isn’t scared to take on big risks for the potential of BIG rewards. He’s currently in 2 Million dollars of debt and still going with his real estate business. This dude isn’t taking failure as an option. I am personally interested in learning about Real Estate and no I don’t want to be a Real Estate agent or anything like that so naturally a Blog written by an active Real Estate Investor who is doing good or bad peaks my interests. Keep in mind that most people commenting on his blog seem as though they want him to fail but my hat is off to him regardless of his financial situation.

This Blog gives a semi-accurate (I say ‘semi’ because everyone that goes this path is bound to have a different view) snapshot view of becoming a Real Estate investor and the things that one should avoid doing because it sounds as though Casey has done a good amount of them. This guy is passionate about what he does. Love him or hate him you’ll probably find this Blog pretty interesting even from an outsider standpoint about money, financing, Real Estate and the drive he has for what he is doing.
