CommerceCubes launches “Server Management” service

I’ve been writing and hunting around on the web lately and I am seeing a trend.  Many people from large organizations to small businesses need technical help when it comes to your servers.  I’ve decided to start offering a “Server Management” service to help aid you.  There are a good deal of services already out there doing this but most fail in a couple of ways.

• Not recruiting the best talent to work on business problems faced by your organization: This is always an issue for many companies, big and small, because you cannot always tell talent from bullshit… unless and until it’s too late.  I’ve heard many stories like this from talking to other business owners and it’s a problem that persists even today… How do I get talented people to work on my business problems?  We are not a smoke and mirrors operation if anything the aim is to make it more personable for people to come to us with business problems related to their servers and have us work on them.  After all, your business may be run by servers but that isn’t your business… it’s ours!
• Communication Breakdowns:  All too often people hire developers, coders, programmers, and analysts… whatever you want to call them but then the person they’ve hired becomes unresponsive when you really need them and it drives you crazy.  This is a big sticking point for a lot of companies and considering a lot of really talented technical people have trouble keeping the lines of communication open it also is a big problem.  Most people who have hired techs can say that communication and breakdowns of that nature are par for the course.  I don’t believe that personally because it is really just an excuse for it to keep continuing.  Communication is benefit behind this service being offered because it’s integral to you as a business owner and a lot of good companies are ruined by this.
• Hiring ‘Certified’ people:  Hiring certified people is a good start to getting a top-notch person working with you.  We take the time to recruit and interview these experts because we want what you want “experts that are trained, know their way through the thickest problems and can offer a solid work-around and solutions should the need arise. 

I think in offering this service to our customers what we are trying to say is that we care about your business problems on all scales and we will be there to help if and when you need us.
